Answer
Dissolve the powder in the sachet in 200 ml of boiled and cooled water. The powder can also be dissolved in bottled water. Do not dissolve the powder in other liquids (juice, tea, milk…) because you will change the osmotic concentration of the solution and the solution will not have the same efficiency. Take the solution in smaller portions.
